This was our first time in 10 years buying a new vehicle. It was probably the easiest and best car purchase experience we've ever had. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We highly recommend Jones Chevrolet for your next car purchase.

Sales person was helpful and informative. Financial manager nearly lost Jones the sale. Figures were incorrect and his demeanor and attitude was unappreciated. Rushed through process like bothered by the whole process.

Passing through and was looking to charge, happy to see not only that they invested in the equipment but the prices were beyond reasonable. Incredibly jealous that I don’t have a dealer in Erie that offers this type of post-purchase support.

We just recieved our vehicle back after this been the 2nd time there for a starter issue. They failed to check the flexplate for missing teeth after I toldem it was grinding before it stopped now the starter just free spins like its hitting nothing. They slap a starter in it and it stops within a month. Had it towed to jones again this time it was there for 5 weeks 1 day for flexplate replacement. We were told it was being worked on then to it hasnt been touched missed 4 completion dates. Missed 3 before my dad got involved bc he was a lifetime customer. He managed to get me a loaner so I had a way to actually have a Christmas and be able to drive to family. I was quoted 1700-1900 for the job ended up being 2350. We got the car back and it immediately had problems with traction control not working as soon as i accelerated onto the highway. I took it back to let them know they dont give a shit tried to offer to repair the speed sensor at a cost of course. I toldem no I know for a fact it wasnt broken and im not spending any more money here and left. My vehicle wont allow me to go over 1700 rpm due to the sensor being broke. This vehicle ran perfectly fine minus the starter. Before it was in their hands. They also said they broke some sensor on the left side also removing the axel. But they replaced that 1. I wanted to buy my next vehicle here but after hearing stories first hand and now seen a fresh 1 similar to my review up here I will never ever take my vehicle back here or buy 1 from here. I'll stick with shultz for my next 1. Having shultz look over the work they did they are going to replace the front right and check and make sure my axel was put back together correctly because since Jones there is also a reoccurring bump comming from front left where they pulled the axel. So the mechanics there have no idea what they are doing we were also told that from multiple people their vehicles have been there since July.

In 2022 I purchased a new Chevy Silverado 1500 equipped with the 6.2 L engine from Jones Chevrolet. Unfortunately, this engine is one of the engines involved in a nationwide recall due to manufacturing defects which cause engine failure. Ultimately the engine failed in my truck. The truck was taken back to Jones Chevrolet on 11/6/25 for repairs which is covered by the recall. The truck only has 44,000 miles on it so would also be covered under the original 5 yr/60,000 warranty. Upon dropping the vehicle off I requested if Jones had a loaner vehicle program. I was informed they do not. I was eventually advised that the engine was bad and was going to be replaced under the recall. I have been advised multiple start dates and completion dates on my truck. To date I still do not have my vehicle back. On 12/25/25, Jones Chevrolet will have had my truck for 7 weeks. I have had to borrow family members cars, juggle appointments and struggle to get work at times because they have not started working on my truck. As of 12/19/25 the truck still sits outside untouched. The replacement engine was delivered to Jones in the latter part of November, so the replacement engine is not the issue. I am completely frustrated with Jones Chevrolet. I keep getting bumped back on the work schedule because warranty work does not get compensated as much as the general public's business. Jones Chevrolet and GM have completely failed me. I am still making payments on the truck, I have no loaner vehicle to drive and there seems to be no end in sight for the new year. So much for patronizing a local business.... They don't care.

The team did a great job and made the process as quickly as possible for me! Bryston and team are always a class act!

The person on the phone was incredibly rude and argued with me about when my car arrived—even though my appointment was at 1 p.m. and the car had been there for hours. He claimed they didn’t get it until noon (still before my appointment time) but said he’d take a look. They never actually diagnosed the issue. When I called again right before closing, all they told me was the same error code I had already gotten from AutoZone, which I had even mentioned earlier. They said they’d “get a quote and call me back,” but I never got another call or update. Since the next day, I hadn’t heard anything I just went and picked my car up. They never even knew it was gone the next day when I called to come get my other set of keys. For context — my grandpa originally took this car there after an accident to fix the front end when the airbags went off. They said it should’ve been totaled, but “fixed” it anyway… only halfway. In doing so, they ruined the turbo, which caused more problems later. My husband ended up replacing the turbo himself, and it instantly ran better — proving it hadn’t been installed correctly the first time. There were even bolts missing from when Jones “fixed” it before. Honestly, save yourself the time, money, and frustration. They’ll argue, overcharge, and deliver sloppy work — and you’ll end up paying more later to fix what they messed up.

Service department should be an embarrassment

The service manager was very understanding of my flat tire predicament and took care of my situation very expediently.

My car, which I purchased at Jones Chevrolet, last year, had an issue with a tire, caliper problem. Mike, from the Service department, met me at the service area and looked at the tire. He ordered the part and said it would be done in a few days. They gave me a loaner car and he called the next day to tell me they received the part and the tire was fixed! I was so very happy because I was driving to Wisconsin in a few days to see my family and I was worried I wouldn't be able to go! Thank you Mike and the staff who made this happen!

I had a great experience at Jones. The company truck broke down, and I work for the sinclar oil corporation based in Houston, Texas. I work in management for sinclar out Tulsa Oklahoma . I was told by my boss in tulsa oklahoma to buy a 3/4 ton diesel v 8 truck heavy duty transmittion 4x4 at Jones. The salesperson was terrific. The sales person received the payment for the truck. The service department was able to put the oklahoma commercial plate on the truck. The sales person faxed the paperwork to the office in tulsa . The went to the oklahoma service center faxed the oklahoma registration back to me. The fully serviced the truck. Oil change. It was quite a drive back to Tulsa Oklahoma. 1,250 miles. The truck was a fantastic great trip. Terrible traffic in Cleveland, Columbus, indy and especially St. Louis. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Jones they are the best. So far I drove the truck all over Oklahoma, most of texas , kansas, Nebraska and south and north Dakota

Completion of the paper work went smoothly. We're very pleased with our new GMC Acadia and would highly recommend Jones Chevrolet.

Mike and Scott in service were great to deal with while we had car issues during our camping trip in Tidioute. They informed me i still qualified for a free tow, and once diagnosed, they actually had the part needed for repair and got it done within 24 hours of being towed to their facility, all the while they were short-handed that week. Thanks again for getting our family back on the road!

Bought a new vehicle and for the past 1 1/2 months I have been trying to get them to fix a dent on the vehicle that I didn’t notice until I got it home and the sun hits it just right. The salesman Michael kept telling me they’d take care of it; yet never did. And the general manager Jesse doesn’t return any calls. Would not recommend; I will never go back there!

I went in and said that my car was doing this and that , I got my car fixed since it's just over 10 years old .

Very rude service department.

Tire fell off my truck 3000 feet from dealership. While no one was injured this could have been a catastrophic incident (tire travelled across 4 lanes of traffic without hitting anything or anyone). I wanted to be vindicated for all the headaches and hassles that this put me through and it has not happened yet. This incident happened on 12/10/2021.

I bought a vehicle from here in March. I have had nothing but problems from the start with this vehicle. Even after I asked if there was any slight problems with said vehicle. The thing burns oil, back wiper didn't work (didn't think to check it), the cold temp clicked when I turned it all the way cold. I would not recommend this dealership.

Wish I could post zero stars but I can't. I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for my vehicle, I 100% understand that accidents happen but the absolute lack of communication and lack of quality service has been atrocious. I brought my vehicle in for timing chains in 2020 the vehicle was repaired and when I picked it up it now has an exhaust leak and I got less than 3 miles away and the power steering line blew off because the mechanic forgot to install a clamp and now the torque converter has a shudder while driving it, bring the vehicle back they replaced the lost fluid and clamp and send me on my way, the fluid blew all over the alternator and 2 days later I had to replace the alternator the service dept stated the alternator failing was a coincidence, fine. Bring it back 6000 miles later and the timing chains are bad again 🤔🤔🤔. Asked them to make sure they fix the torque convertor as it wasn't an issue before they got the vehicle. Mind you I dropped the vehicle off before I left for vacation for 10 days, 3 weeks later they call and let me know my vehicle is done show up to get car and now the air conditioning does not work and the check engine light is on. At this point I've rented a car for 9 days and borrowed family vehicles till I can get mine back so here I am sitting in parking lot for 58 minutes and they still haven't pulled my vehicle back in. 🤬🤬🤬 just disgusted right now.

I hit a deer. Insurance adjuster convinced me to take car to Jones Autobody, said the car would be as new. Wrong, cost me $9,000. Put on parts that don't match; we had to adjust the hood, did not replaced cracked upper grille and they cracked the lower grille; we replaced self. Didn't know how to handle the insurance and state paperwork - had it all screwed up; gave me the car and was driving it illegally. What a rip-off. Was told by numerous auto shops that this could have been done $1,000s of less. When picking up the car, insurance adjuster was there; knew I was coming on a Saturday and new all about it. Who got the cut? Took over two months.

My daughter took her car to be inspected. It is fairly new only 30k miles. She was told it needed front brakes and rotors. Costing nearly $500. I drove her car 2 days before and her brakes and rotors were fine. No noise at all with rotors. THEY SEEN HER COMING. TOTALLY RIPPED HER OFF. BEWARE WOMEN.THEY WILL GET YA.

Accused my father of cutting wires on his own vehicle. Seemed as if evey time his truck went in it would come back and work for a day or 2 and then it would throw another code. then had the nerve to tell us that we would have to pay for warranty work (less than 10k miles on the truck) because they didnt want to fix it.

Bought a car from them..within a week it was back in their garage.. 2 weeks after I got it back I had to take it back to their garage..had it back for several times for computer..6 months later it wouldnt pass inspection..that cost $600.. had to buy other parts for this car..and now..6 months later its blownup..going to be $7500 I have put in this vehicle in the first year.. DO NOT BUY FROM JONES CHEVROLET !!!!

Had a leaking bead on tire. They said they could fix, no problem. Pulled in, showed the leak, they took in for around an hour and I get it back and they left it outside, against building so I wasnt able to check it. Adding air daily to it now rather than once a week. Glad I paid $25 to have a worst leak.

Don't bother they BS and pressure cook you

Extremely disappointed with Jones Chevrolet and the staff and OWNER Brent Jones. I purchased a vehicle and an having multiple problems and most replies are by "Text" and the Brent Jones the owner won't call me back and talk to me personally. I was mislead as to the condition of the vehicle and this issue had NOT been resolved! Byers Beware!!!! Seems like a nice small town dealership but the won't even retune your call once they have your money!!!

I purchased a vehicle from Jones Chevrolet in Warren PA and had the WORST car buying experience I've ever had (and Im 53) I was mislead by the salesman who DIDNOT disclose all the problems with the vehicle. The check engine light was on when I took deliver of the vehicle. I called the next day to return the vehicle (PA law allows three days) I was ignored and offered multiple other solutions…non of which worked. More disappointing is that the manager and dealer Owner Brent Jones won't return a call, and that the salesman would text rather than call most of the time to avoid having to deal with the problem (I told him IN A TEXT) that I didn't want to text. Now it seems that I am stuck with a vehicle that I don't want. Buyer beware….Jones may seem like a small town dealer, but remember wolves live in the woods!!!
